OUR VISION

Foundation Vision
Rocky Mountain Charter School Foundation envisions the establishment of a public charter school where students develop the knowledge, skills, confidence, and resilience to thrive in school, in their communities, and throughout their lives.
At the centre of the RMCS educational vision is food, nutrition, health, and wellness. Students will learn not only what they eat, but how food affects the human body, health, the environment, communities, and the wider world. These concepts will be explored across grades and subjects, connecting Alberta's curriculum with STEAM, sustainable agriculture, global technology, and experiential learning.
Through this integrated approach, RMCS aims to foster curiosity, critical thinking, personal responsibility, collaboration, and lifelong learning — preparing students to make informed choices, contribute meaningfully to their communities, and navigate a changing world with confidence.
