  • Is Rocky Mountain Charter School a public school?

    Yes. Rocky Mountain Charter School is an Alberta public charter school. As a public school, RMCS does not charge tuition. Certain school-related fees may apply in accordance with Alberta requirements once the school is operational.

  • When is the school expected to open?

    RMCSF is continuing its work to secure an appropriate school facility. A confirmed opening date has not yet been announced. Updates will be provided as facility and operational arrangements progress.

  • Is registration currently open?

    No. Formal student registration is not currently open. Families interested in Rocky Mountain Charter School may submit a Family Interest Form. The form is an expression of interest only and does not constitute registration, enrolment, admission, placement, or a guarantee of future placement.

  • What is the Family Interest Form?

    The Family Interest Form allows families to express interest in Rocky Mountain Charter School while RMCSF continues its work to secure an appropriate school facility. It helps RMCSF understand anticipated student and grade-level demand and communicate relevant future school information to interested families. Submitting the form does not constitute student registration, enrolment, admission, or placement.

  • How do I express interest for my child?

    To express interest for your child, please complete and submit the Family Interest Form on our website. Please ensure your contact information is entered correctly so RMCSF can provide relevant future school information and registration updates when available.

  • Does submitting the Family Interest Form guarantee a spot for my child?

    No. Submission of the Family Interest Form does not guarantee registration, enrolment, admission, placement, or priority for future placement at Rocky Mountain Charter School.

  • What grade levels can families express interest in?

    Families may currently submit a Family Interest Form for children in Kindergarten through Grade 12. The form is used to help RMCSF understand anticipated student and grade-level demand and does not constitute registration or enrolment.

  • Is there a fee to submit the Family Interest Form?

    No. There is no fee to submit the Family Interest Form. The form is simply an expression of interest and is not a student registration or enrolment application.

  • Who can submit the Family Interest Form?

    The Family Interest Form should be submitted by a parent or legal guardian on behalf of the child or children for whom they are expressing interest.

  • What happens after I submit the Family Interest Form?

    After submitting the Family Interest Form, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. RMCSF may use the contact information provided to communicate relevant school updates and information about formal student registration when it becomes available.
