Please note: Submission of this form is an expression of interest only. It does not constitute registration, enrolment, admission, placement, or a guarantee of future placement at Rocky Mountain Charter School.

Complete and submit the Family Interest Form below. Once submitted, you will receive an automatic confirmation email.

Please ensure your email address is entered correctly, as RMCSF may use it to communicate future school updates and information regarding formal student registration when available.

The Family Interest Form requests the following information:

• Parent/guardian first and last name

• Phone number

• Email address

• Home address

• Whether the child(ren) are residents of Alberta

• Name(s) of the child(ren) for whom you are expressing interest

• Current grade(s) of the child(ren)

• Current age(s) of the child(ren)

This information will help RMCSF understand anticipated student and grade-level demand and communicate relevant future school information to interested families.
