REGISTRATION

  • WHEN TO APPLY

    Rocky Mountain Charter School is now accepting pre-registrations for students entering Kindergarten through Grade 9 for the 2025–2026 school year. Official registration will begin once a school building is secured. Our planned opening for September 2025 is dependent on finalizing a suitable facility.


    Our High School program (Grades 10–12) will begin accepting registrations later in the 2025–2026 school year.


    Note: Space is limited. A waitlist will begin as classes reach capacity, and registration does not guarantee placement.


    We encourage families to register early to secure their spot. Once classes are full, applicants will be placed on the waitlist for their grade level and notified via email. 

  • HOW TO APPLY

    To apply, please complete and submit the registration form below. Once submitted, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Make sure your email address is entered correctly, as this will be our primary method of communication throughout the registration process.


    We encourage families to apply early to increase the likelihood of securing a spot.

  • WHAT TO INCLUDE

    The registration form requires the following information:

    • Parent/guardian first and last name
    • Phone Number
    • Email Address
    • Names of your child(ren) you intend on registering
    • Ages of your child(ren) as of date of submission
    • Grade of child(ren) on date of opening (September 2025)

    No Tuition Fees – Publicly Funded Education


    Rocky Mountain Charter School is a publicly funded K–12 school. As a public charter school, there are no tuition fees for students to attend. Any required fees will be minimal and in line with what is typically charged at other public schools in Alberta (e.g., for supplies, field trips, or extracurricular activities).


    To support families as we launch, the registration fee will be waived for the first 300 students.

We are currently accepting pre-registrations for students entering Kindergarten to Grade 9. Please note that only a parent or legal guardian may complete this registration form. Registrations submitted by other family members will not be accepted.

All families who submit this form will be contacted once a school building is secured and official registration begins. Our anticipated opening in September 2025 is contingent on securing a suitable facility.
